Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza last night late, had no other option life goes on. Pizza never arrived. According to tracking sean left... restaurant, but sean never arrived with pizza. I called multiple times last night, and this morning. Still no answer no explanation... will update if resolved.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the guy told me it will get to you in 40 minutes and after 2 hours waiting there is no pizza I called them again and found out that the guy marked the carry out .anyways after 3 hours i got the pizza. horrible service

Our pizza was ready on time and was hot and fresh.

Placed an order online well before dinner time. According to their pizza tracker, the order sat ready to be delivered for a little over 50 minutes. So, I called the store to see what was going on. After expressing why I was calling and retrieved my order number, the individual on the phone apologized, but expressed it was going to be a bit longer. No other details were given other than they only had one delivery driver. I inquired as to how much longer. They said at least 20 more minutes. This would have been pushing or exceeding two hours from when I originally place the order. I made a concern about the food sitting for so long. Their conclusion was that food can sit under the heat lamps for over an hour and still be fine. I advised it would be more than an hour since the food was done, according to them. The individual seemed to get impatient and advised that if it wasn’t delivered within the next 20 minutes, they would remake and redeliver the food. And make that same mistake twice in a row? I cancelled the order. That was a waste of time…

I’ve been coming to this location for 7 years…always good customer service and consistent quality (except for a few months, there was a guy who was cutting the pizza’s all willy nilly).
