This location is one of the best around. I get a large pizza with extra cheese and they make it just right. Other locations burn the cheese. The loaded tater tots are really good but for $7.99 it's just not worth it. No way should tots cost as much as a large 1 topping pizza, it just doesn't make sense, they need to be 5.99 to make it worth while.
Usually, I tend to have a decent experience with a glitch every now and then. Shoot, I even tip well. This was not one of the decent experiences. I ordered a pizzas for myself, my staff, and clients and after I waited for about 1hr 15 min to find out when the pizza would be delivered because we would be leaving the premises, I was told that it would take another 20 to 45 min for my delivery. I love work but not that much to stay for pizza that would be delivered up to 30 min after hours and everyone would have left. When I questioned about said delivery the young man refused to give me his name after I asked. I wanted to reason with this young man and he continued to go in circles with me about if I still wanted it, which was after I explained the office would be closed. After asking him for what seemed like 10 min, very politely I might add after being gaslit about being loud and angry (mind you I have a mental health therapy practice), which I was talking quietly from embarrassment because I didn't deliver to people I told in advance not to eat that night. If I could rate "0.1" experience, I would. That "zero point one" would be for the apology for his snapping because he was clearly overwhelmed while he was on the phone, his refusal to give me his name after 10 min of asking, and his lack of critical thinking, which would was, "by the time the pizza would be delivered everyone would of went home," which I told him calmly 5 times before he could recognize a refund would of been in my best interest. Didn't offer any solution or compensation for my time and especially my energy in this matter.
