Domino's Pizza

This Domino's has literally never failed me. 1) always get pickup, 2) it's either a cheese, pepperoni, or Hawaiian pizza 3) it's always with that coupon that gets me a large pizza for $7.99 Not sure how/why so many issues with this Domino's for other people but seems like the common thread is delivery. Also, if you are ordering delivery, yes you must pay delivery fee and tip. Otherwise, go get it yourself! That's what I do and I'm a happy camper every time.

It’s always something with this Dominos. I ordered food through the app and chose the option of CONTACTLESS DELIVERY as well as added instructions for the delivery person to leave at my door because I am sick. Then, I checked the status of my order and it was marked “completed”, I didn’t find my order outside my door and I even went outside my building to check and nothing was delivered. I called the store and they told me that “sometimes the system does that” and to wait another 5 minutes to get my order. I waited 10 minutes and the delivery guy called me asking me to come OUTSIDE. I didn’t want to deal with that anymore and thankfully my husband got back from work early so he was able to pick it up for me. I’m very dissatisfied with this store and their customer service. 1. The order shouldn’t have been marked as “completed” by the driver. 2. The driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. 3. Portions of the food were very little. 4. The pasta is missing ingredients I paid for.

Worst dominos in the United States of America they have roaches too don’t order from here please abeg

Staff don’t wear gloves when they are preparing the food. They grab the ingredients with their bare hands and touch all the equipment. Ordering onsite was such a hassle. They can barely communicate and were extremely rude. They don’t provide napkins or anything when you are picking up your order. Deserve 0 stars.

They took over an hour to deliver to my place 10 minutes away. From the time I ordered to the time is was delivered was 2 hours. The food arrived ice cold, no joke. The pizza literally feels like it just came out the fridge. The tracker showed my food was delivered for over half an hour but there was nothing delivered. I called the store multiple times and they let the phone ring nonstop before answering. They offered to remake the food but honestly I feel like they’ll just spit in my food now. Never ordering from here again.

Horrible service and attitude from the workers. Do not recommend ordering from this dominos location. A worker hung up on me mid sentence not once but twice and the food arrived cold.

Terrible experiance, food delivered cold over baked. Very bad.
