Food was made fresh and with love you can tell they care about the food Quality.
$20 for a burger and fries is typical in LA after tipping but it’s upsetting when you literally get zero service. At the time, there was only me and 2 other people there, it was very slow. I placed the order and they gave me a number to put on my table for the runner to know where to bring the food to. I’m on my phone not paying attention and realize one of the workers was saying “sir” a bunch of times to get my attention. He tells me my food is ready. Ok…. Why did you give me a number if I was going to have to get up again to come get the food? What kind of sense does it make to give customers a number for their table to sit down at but then instead of running the food, you keep calling them to get up and come get it. Especially when it’s dead and you’re just behind the desk talking to a co worker. Hopefully, this review inspires your employees to learn a lesson to not make lazy decisions.
Impossible sliders are amazing!
Maybe too many toppings but I'm old school I like picking up the not using a fork on it. Still yummy. Still go regularly
I grew to love this place in Pasadena (if its the same establishment). But then a 2nd time in Long Beach (definitely the same establishment). There are so many great options. I was super excited to find this place in Hollywood. Vegetarian options: Impossible options Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramps up to door. Dining room is flat (no steps anywhere inside)
