Dog Haus

Sitting in the parking lot right now eating food in the car with my kids writing this review: Even though I asked about kids meals and my kids were standing next to me and I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger, the guy taking orders tried to up charge me for my kid's cheeseburger kid's meal at an adult cheeseburger price and then even though the restaurant says open till 9 after I ordered and was about to sit down with my kids he said it was takeout only at 8PM and the lobby was closed. I eventually ordered kid's meal sliders because that was the only thing he would give me for the kid's meal price even though the menu right in front of me had several other options listed under kid's meal. Then when my food came out and I asked for my kid's drink that comes with the meal, the guy said I forgot to get the drink cup when I ordered which was a complete lie and tried to blame me. All the people working here look completely miserable and their customer service is worse than the worst burger king you could ever imagine. Frankly the guy taking orders wearing a beanie should be fired. Other reviews noted how bad service can be here and you should listen and not come! My1st time here, and I will never come back. Hawaiian rolls hard and stale like other reviews mention. Absolutely horrible experience!

Ethan absolutely killed it last Thursday when I went into dog haus for my lunch break! 10/10 would recommend being helped out by Ethan.

There is a very many tables and I have yet to get past the breakfast burrito. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu looked dope lol

I came here for some quality Brats and corn dogs and left extremely satisfied. Easily the greatest corn dog I've had in my life. I talked to the head of the store Ethan for a quite a bit too and he was awesome! Honestly had such a great experience that I came back the next day and ordered a brekfast Burrito, Ethan was here again and I asked him to make me his favorite burritos on the menu. I will have to say, it is the greatest brekfast burrito I have ever had in my life. And once again the staff and environment were stellar. Ethan specifically comes to mind as he went above and beyond to make a satisfied customer out of me, and has definitely turned me into a regular customer!! Definitely telling all my friends about this place! HIGHLY RECCOMMEND COMING HERE!!!

I can't go here any more. If you want big fat burgers and dogs with too much stuff on it, this is your place. The onion rings were pretty good, although rfozen out of a bag. They were properly cooked and not mushy. I had a loaded dog, and it was just too much. Too many flavors, too much fat, just too much of everything. I should have ordered something simpler. I also don't really like the sweet "Hawaiian" rolls. For me, they just don't go with burgers or dogs. If you like that kind of thing, again, this is your place. I did get a Coors, so that helped. They are definitely friendly and pretty fast. Value is good.

Went in for a chili cheese dog today and my husband got a little mule burrito. The young man that took our order in the front counter it was super nice. My hot dog was a little cold when I got it, and he made me a brand new hot dog, super hot all in all it was a great experience, and I hope business goes well for them.
