D'Lish by Tish Cafe

Does not appreciate student business. Never in my life have I been asked to move rudely from a table somewhere when I had a meal and drink in front of me. There was an abundance of empty tables. I had 2 friends that were 5 mins away from meeting me and were going to get supper but we ended up going somewhere else after this. Have spent hundreds of dollars there and this is how I am treated. I have heard that other students have had this happen to them too. Clear this is not a student friendly cafe, there needs to be signs if they don’t want people on laptops. I find it really bad to let us spend a lot of money on food then treat us so poorly when we sit down to eat just because we have a computer out.

Nice hidden gem, very busy so pick the right time to come!

Not student friendly, if you do not want students' business then please put a signup and don't be rude after we pull out our laptop AFTER ordering food and drinks.

The manager or supervisor made us really uncomfortable because we only ordered one drink and we were on our laptops. She kept coming and checking if we ordered more. She could have been nicer about it I have been here multiple times but never have experienced anything like this!

Friendly service from the start on April fools day. The peanut butter cheesecake was... a bit... to North American for me. Meaning it was a bit too sweet, had colourful marshmallows on top, and I don't believe it came with real whipped cream. (I could be wrong though). The washrooms were clean and the whole place was just cozy. A must visit in Saskatoon. Must be great in summer!

Another cozy cafe here in Sask! You should definitely come here for their cakes and seasonal drinks. Their soups and paninis are also delicious but the cakes are really worth the drive! While their hours are longer than most cafes (which is great!) you might not find a seat when you go during their busy hours so I recommend giving a quick call to ask if they have any seats left :)

NOT A STUDENT FRIENDLY CAFE. We got there at 9:15 and pulled out our laptops after ordering a french vanilla latte and a bagel. The owner came to the corner of the room and stared at us throughout our visit at sporadic times. The bagel also took 10 minutes to get there. At 10:40 the owner sent someone to tell us we had to clear the table for lunch hour, when there were clearly empty tables around us. I proceeded to ask the employee whether or not we could stay if we ordered lunch, and she referred to the owner who said that if we wanted to stay we had to get a two person table. She also said that we could only stay for 1 hour after lunch and not two hours (so she was watching us and tracking how long we were there for). After I talked to her, the owner sent an employee to ask us if we needed help moving tables. The other people around us who were there before we were or at the same time did not have laptops and were not asked to move. Overall a terrible experience, not student friendly and the owner will stare at you and track your time spent at a cafe if you bring out a laptop.
