TOTAL RIPOFF! Food was terrible, decor was blah at best. All of our steaks were rare and we ordered medium. We were going to send them back and were told the kitchen was closing they couldn't fix them. We were charged over $500 for 5 people and we had no cocktails or wine.

Picked a customer who had dinner there last night both husband and wife stated it was terrible steaks were Luke warm and au just was cold.Beware of going there.

Service is bad overall , steak does not come with sides you have to pay for it separately , bit the sides are very blant and tasteless .

The booths are uncomfortable, put some padding on them. 3.00 kitchen fee? For what? Doing their job? Tipping a waiter/waitress is different. WARNING to potential guests, the menu prices they provide us on google are not correct. Example, there is a $28 steak shown on the menu online and when you get there they are $80+ and $ 95. We got two seafood dishes and a soup and fries and our bill was around $120. I advise asking the people at the bell desk where to go.

Great service from the hostess and waitress. Good food overall, would recommend to tourists and locals if you’re looking for a steakhouse in Waikiki.

For the price of the steak you shouldn't have to chew so much your jaw hurts. Was not worth the money. The restaurant was nice and the people where great but the food is way over priced for what you get. Just convenience staying in the hotel to walk down and eat. Wouldn't go out of our way for sure to try this place

Horrible experience, no one in the restaurant and the wait was 15 minutes. The girl with the nose ring at the front desk was horrible. An order of McDonald’s French fries is way easier than ordering at this place.

Disappointed. Definitely not worth the price. I got the aged ribeye. It was hard to cut through because of the gristle. It f my party of three, we were all dissatisfied. We also got the side to make it a meal and they came out cold.

Amazing beginning to end

The hostess , both of them, had such an attitude that it killed the mood. If that represents Hawaii, then we're not coming back here. My wife and I were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. The response and attitude were something that I would question if I owned a restaurant . To have such people, to be the first ones to give the impression of the restaurant, is not good for business. Luckily, the waitress, who helped us with dinner, was amazing. Great energy and very friendly. Knowledgeable about the menu and the food. Again, if I'm about to spend $300 for dinner, I don't want to feel like someone is doing me a favor that I'm eating at their place. Management needs to talk to those two hostesses and make them understand that first impressions are everything. Or fire them. We were so close to turning around and going somewhere else for dinner.
