I can't really rate the menu, because when I went, they were closed 4 days "for training". It's in the hood so expect that. I really wanted to try their shakes because the nutrition place in Ione said she learned everything from these guys. I guess I'll have to wait until I'm in the area again.

This place is simply spectacular! The service was quick and efficient, the drinks were high quality and the taste of the drinks are impeccable! The best part about Division One Nutrition, is how much variety you get on the menu there truly is something for all taste buds! Will definitely come again and again! Vegetarian options: The options on the menu cater to every persons diet from vegetarian to not. Dietary restrictions: The menu options have add one that cater to a persons dietary needs! Parking: The parking lot had plenty of spacious parking available! Kid-friendliness: The space is open and clean and is kid friendly, with kid friendly immune boost add ons to drinks!

If you think you're in for a healthy, nutritious anything out of here, buyer beware! The menus don't show it but this place is an Herbalife front (the plastic tubs of the stuff are visible on their IG stories and behind the counter). I'd love a smoothie without feeding into someone's (alleged) pyramid scheme or company that's been fined by both the FTC and SEC in the last two years for shady business practices.

Shakes and teas are AMAZING!! My favorite combo is the white snickers shake and the watermelon cucumber tea - and you gotta add tajin! On Tuesdays they offer workouts - it’s so much fun and you get a legit sweat sesh going. Totally love this place!!

Such an awesome spot to come at any point of your day, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or after a workout. The shakes and products provided are delicious, filling and a healthier choice. Every time! Not to mention, the two behind the healthy bar are extraordinary! Great customer service and just beyond two of the nicest people ever.

Such a positive place! Fun workouts, great environment and amazing coaches! You even get a yummy recovery shake after your workout! If you’re looking for a fun workout with some awesome judgement free people, then this is the right place for you! Definitely recommend. They are indeed changing lives with positivity, top tier nutrition and fitness!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. The Shakes, teas, waffles and literally everything served tastes amazing. The BEST part is that it is all healthy for you. My favorite Tea is The Titan, it tastes sooooo good and gives u energy for a workout, or just to get through the day. There are so many shakes, but the Raspberry Truffle or Lemon Pound Cakes are my faves! If you are into health and wellness, or just on a fitness journey, this place will help you stay on track from tracking your calories/protein or just needing nutrition advise. The owners Leila and Marques, have the best customer service and truly care about making a positive impact in the community. I attend their fitness camps on T/Th evenings, and I never had fun working out until now! You even get a yummy (healthy) shake afterwards to refuel your muscles! Check this place out -- you always walk out with a smile, and will definitely want to go back!
