Pretty decent cookies. They came out thick and warm. The place smelled great obviously. Came back feb 25th 2024, around noon. Service was awful. Employee couldnt be any ruder. Didn't say a word, no greeting, no how can i help you, just a blank stare. Got my order, said thanks, and got an eye roll in return.

Great service. The fruity pebble cookie was delicious!

I like the cookies, they're well made. And nice service. But it's been a couple times now that I go for the weekly specials and they're always out.

I ordered the cookies online, the eta was 10 minutes. After arriving 15 minutes later I was told they ran out of cookies and just put more in the oven, that it would be 10 more minutes. The two employees working never apologized for the wait or anything. When being handed my cookies they again said nothing about the wait just warned me that the bottom may be hot. After arriving home and opening the box I noticed I only received 2 of the cookies I actually ordered, the others were incorrect. My husband called for me and the only solution the person on the other end offered was me driving all the way back to the store in the cold and rain for new cookies.... the only reason they even get two stars was because the two cookies that were correct were excellent. This was our very first time trying these cookies and will almost certainly be our last.

Like Crumbl, but better!
