Dippin' Dots

The worker was very rude,I’m extremely dissatisfied. Me and my man were in line, he says something to me as we’re going up to order and the worker, thinking he was talking to her, very rudely says “what”. He then politely tells her he wasn’t talking to her and she gets an attitude and continues to ask what he said. Then, after taking all that time to figure out what was none of her business she finally takes his order and rudely asks “what do you want”, and was sighing and rolling her eyes the whole time. I was in disbelief at how unprofessional this all was. The girls working name was amber.

I ordered a cone, and it was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It was a complete waste of money.

I went to go get some dippin dots with a friend, thought today would be a good day but instead I guess not. The younger lady with the cheetah print mask today(05.28.22) at the counter was rude and has given me anxiety when ordering now. My friend was ahead of me ordering when she asked me if I wanted anything. I said not yet, I am still deciding on what I want to order. She got his order and I took a minute or two to decide what I wanted. She then put her headphones back in and went back to doing what she was doing. I was ready to order and she took a heavy sigh and ranted to me about how she just got back to doing what she was doing and she already asked me if I wanted anything. She had such a long rant in a very rude tone that made me just want to leave, in which I did after I got my order… after she was done ranting to me. Shes made me have a whole panic attack in the parking lot after this and has given me anxiety when ordering food or anything else now.

The dipping dots itself was good but the lady at the counter tonight with the cheetah print mask gave my friend a panic attack after she ranted to her because she didn’t know what she wanted until after I had already ordered. The lady sighed and got upset with my friend all (ranted in a bad tone) because she was trying to get back to what she was doing and my friend just wanted to order separately from me. Not cool.

Lady that was manning the dippin dots counter was a bit rude went I got confused about if I move to cashier to pay or not but the Dippin Dots are always so good!
