I am a customer and have been ordering from this place and was very happy with food and service, until today Today I walked in after work to get order to go and had experience that I would rate as "-1" on the customer service level. The person who seems to be a manager, or an owner, went out of his way to make me feel unwelcome. He scolded one of the employees for giving me wrong chang and did it in very rude manner, looking at me like it was my fault Then there were 'faces' when I asked for sauce and for my order to be placed in a bag. It never been a problem before. Manager might have been having a bad day, but it should not be my problem in any way. As a side note, if you have a new employee, it is your responsibility to give them proper training and not scold them in front of customers, or take your temper out on them if they have done something incorrectly. You also do not take your temper out on customers. I would say one customer less
