Family run establishment with friendly service and great nuoc Mia! We found it to be the best value at around $6.50 for a large cup.

Delicious options and not your typical ones. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and nice. Durian smoothie FTW. The flan shaved ice was bomb too.

Cups the product came in were solid and looked great. Boba milk tea was delicious. Staff was friendly and they answered their phone for questions every time! 5/5 stars - would go back
