I’m a meat-on-pizza person, but I never miss the meat from Dimond Slice. Their pizza menu is limited to two vegetarian pizza options. They offer one “Pizza of the Day” (it has always been delicious), a plain cheese pizza, and I believe vegan cheese options for those. Service is quick and friendly. They are generous with their sauce and they always offer to double slice the cheese pizza to make it easier for the kiddos to eat. I have not had their salads or guacamole, so I can’t comment on that. I recommend Dimond Slice! Vegetarian options: The menu is all vegetarian (not vegan) and there is always one vegan option. Parking: While the parking lot is not very large, I have always found a parking spot. The lot is behind the restaurant accessed from Fruitvale. Kid-friendliness: I can’t speak for dine-in kid friendliness as we always take the pizza home. I will say that my kids love their chalkboard wall; which keeps them occupied while we pick up our take-out order.
Delicious!!!!! I have been driving past this place for a long time and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the pizza of the day and the cheese pizza. Before I even tried the pizza, the customer service was amazing. I had wonderful customer experience from a lady. I tried the pizza of the day and it has to be one of the best pizzas I’ve had. It had corn, cilantro, and many other delicious ingredients that I’ve never had on a pizza. If you are vegetarian or not this pizza place is a MUST TRY!
Really good affordable pizza by the slice, half pizza (mine was $12!!!), and full. If you get the special of the day, they have pizzas already in the oven so it takes less than 5 minutes to prep. I believe you can make your own pizza too but that’s no fun. The pizza was thinner crust, light, not greasy, seemingly good ingredients.
