This might be my favorite brewery in Tucson. The meads David makes are out of this world.
Went there a little while ago with a friend (thought I had posted a review) and it was small, nicely set up, and comfy; sampled the three meads that were on (Rose, Addia Ababa & Zona Sunset) and while they were all great the Addia Ababa was just amazing. The *scent* was memorable, as was the flavor! Very nice guy running it-- owner, maybe? I'm planning on returning.
Brews and staff at Dillinger are outstanding. Roadrunner Red and the Dillinger IPA are awesome, and mangonada is my wife's favorite brew. Happy wife happy life, thanks Dillinger crew!
Went here for Brillé mead company, but tried Dillinger beer as well. Brillé will become a name of mead in Arizona. Really good traditional and their rosé was really good too. Not as sweet as the traditional, but great flavor profile. Wish they were selling to go bottles already.
We enjoyed the cheer and beer - we did flights, bought crowlers, and learned more about Tucson craft beer community.
One of our favorites of the trip. The beer was good, the food truck was wonderful, but the best part was the service. The music was so great and the server was kind enough to share the playlist. Made our day, and the rest of the trip.
Tough to find it and nothing really special inside, but the beer more than makes up for anything. I've hit pretty much every brewery in Tucson and I always come back here. Roadrunner Red is the best.
