Saw that they had burnt ends being offered and since it's one of my favorites I decided to go have lunch there on Valentine's Day.... for a second I thought that the guy in the kitchen was joking with me when he handed me the plate.... what they offer as burnt ends is the literal ends of a burnt brisket that has been overcooked and is dry and chewy like beef jerky.... no sauce no caramelization nothing just sliced overcooked beef brisket burnt and they call that burnt ends.... and the rolls they offered tasted undercooked.... the jalapeno beans were great but the baked potato casserole was just a bowl of mashed potatoes with unmelted shredded cheese on top of it with some green onion.... I would suggest they either learn what burnt ends are or they stop offering it on their menu as a way to get rid of their meat that should have been discarded
Did take out brisket combo sandwich was fantastic they're green beans are wonderful loaded potatoes are phenomenal we both got two pieces of sausage in our boxes have never had before they were wonderful spice was there but not too much great value for the money highly recommend
Not sure what happened maybe changed owners or something but the brisket is no different than a salt lick for cattle. I ordered a pound of brisket to go and they gave me 1/3 fat and the rest had been sitting all day.
This is what a bbq place should be! The food is just terrific. Just the perfect amount of smoke on the pulled pork, and the side dishes are going to turn me into a green bean fanatic! I met the owner and he is a kind and welcoming person, and the counter folks were quick and efficient. It even looks like a bbq place should, with an interior decorated with wood and galvanized metal. I love it here.
Tried the pulled pork, brisket, kielbasa, and ribs today. All of them were fantastic. The ribs just fell off the bone. Fast friendly service.
Services okay but the girls seem to be confused got orders wrong
