Very rude employees

I order the rib plate they was out of fries so they called me to tell they was out of fries so I changed it to Mac and cheese and it wasn't done so I left with just my ribs and bread they own me to side but Joshua was super friendly and the restaurant was clean

Wow brisket amazing pull pork was so good with an amazing piece of bread Sides are my favorite and the ice cream is where the fun is at One employee but very great at the job Just amazing can't believe these horrible reviews with such lies and ignorancey

We ordered thru the app associated with Dickeys. When we arrived to pick up our order we were told that the last customer left with the last of their Mac and cheese, brisket, and pulled pork. I expressed that since majority of our order are those items I would like a refund. The kid behind the counter said that his boss would text me with the refund screenshot in a couple of minutes. That there was nothing he could do. I have received no email, text or reply from anyone. I called him again about an hour and a half later and he said he would call back. He has not... and nothing has been done. My family will never go to this place again.

after waiting a year to try again we ordered on line and went to pick it up. Waited too long for someone to finally tell me they couldn't make my food because no potatoes. (This is after asking me for my name twice). Manager said she would run a credit but her laptop was in car. She did give me her phone number to text and had mine. After several texts for a week we still have no credit on our card. The manager said it's corporate so what are we supposed to do now. While I was there a customer came in...waited a while for someone to come out and wait on him. He ordered and was told they didn't have any of the meat he wanted. This is very poor all around. Never again...and we want our money!!!
