Good Brisket and pulled pork.
The food is definitely not The Dickeys I’m use to the ranch dressing is spoiled I’m calling the health department I couldn’t feed it to my kids and don’t get me started on the potatoes definitely will end up on kitchen nightmares
Ordered through grub hub and was super disappointed in the piece of brisket on my sandwich It was so dry and tough that it could have been jerky!
Very disappointing. I had eaten at other Dickey’s BBQ locations in Texas and was impressed with their bbq. Not the experience here in Redwood City. I waited for 10 minutes before the lady in the back said I could only order online - which I did - only to be disappointed with the quality of food. The two orders of fries were burnt and ribs were over cooked / dry - almost like eating jerky.
Extremely dry meat especially brisket. Don’t recommend.
Ordered delivery from these guys, first of all be prepared to not get what you ordered, not sure how can anyone get confused between “crisp okra fries” and “soggy potato fries” ! Secondly, this place should have a sign saying “whatever we serve needs to be recooked, cos it’s raw”
This place is hard to find! Called the S.F. Dickey's got a live person. He tired to help but did not know exactly where the place was. Google map got me to the building but not the exact spot. Beef was dry, needs lots of sauce, same for the wings. Too much of a hassle for dry meat, but has good flavor.
One of the biggest disappointments of barbecue ever had I would never call this a barbecue some of the worst BBQ extremely dry no flavor no salt the meat is extremely dry I got two brisket sandwiches and and they're terrible ask for a slice of cheddar not even melted just thrown on there like that's okay mac and cheese with pork burnt ends is horrible so much cheese you can't taste anyting burnt ends are too burnt are extremely dry with no flavor fries where cooked in very old oil when it very old oil it takes 2x as long to cook and things taste burnt never get food here again
