I ordered online January 1, 2022. When I arrived to pick up my order, the location was closed. I stopped by the next day and they were closed and my phone calls won't go through. Now I'm trying to get a refund.

The food was good. I visited the store a couple weeks ago and I just wanted the staff to know the brisket was sooo good. I want to order a whole brisket for Christmas and some ribs.

Online & Google says they open at 11 but they don't open until 12. No online ordering.

GM so friendly and attentive. Great food. Even with all the other bbq places in Nashville, Dickies is delicious and satisfying.
