One of the worst experiences of my life. I drive a truck, was out of hours but hungry and laying over at a hotel in DeSoto. Fired up the old iPhone inter web for a meal to be delivered and unfortunately found this wreck of a gastronomical nightmare. Simple enough. Order: Six Parmesan wings, blue cheese dressing on the side, seasoned fries, Dr Pepper. Now this went through four (4) different companies to complete. 1) Wing Boss a branch of 2) Dickies BBQ, order taken by 3) Menufy then delivered by 4) Door Dasher. I was given a quote of $17 and change and said sure send it to me, I’m like so totally hungry. Was later charged $26 with no explanation. Dasher was late food was delivered. Wings were all flats - no drumettes - cold and very greasy, laying like road kill at the bottom of the go-box. Fries looked ok but first bite proved they were completely raw and inedible. Maybe they were blanched in oil for 10-15 seconds and that was it. Large Dr Pepper was not Dr Pepper at all but pi$$ warm lemonade. I need a complete refund on the food. You know who I am and I will call again tomorrow. Order was placed at 7:59 PM on Monday 1/29 delivered to a hotel in DeSoto.

The only 2 people in this restaurant dont speak english and dont know whats on the menu. I was served the wrong sandwich after i asked for it 3 times, then they tried to charge me for an $18 combo for just a $8 sandwich. I was then sold a soft drink for them to tell me after i paid that the drink machine is down. When i brought the incorrect sandwich back to the counter, they had to call someone to figure out what it was that i wanted. There is no soap and no paper towels in the restroom. I dont know how much worse my BBQ experience could get. I will never be returning here.

Looks are deceiving. Good atmosphere and food inside.

Get your BBQ here if you like a lot of FAT in your beef brisket. Even asking that they cut away any fat in my order, I received meat that was 40-50% fat (see the photo). This location used to have a male cutter who was experienced and conscientious about trimming the meat; now they have women who just slice off strips regardless of how much fat is on top or on the sides--and this is not the first time. They have lost my business--lots of other BBQ places who will give you what you ask for.

Ordered my food through DoorDash. The food arrived quickly but the order was incorrect. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and brisket chili. I received a polish sausage sandwich instead. I couldn’t find any brisket in the chili and it tasted horrible. The sandwich was at least warm so that was a plus. I don’t recommend this place.
