Stood there 5 mins for a pickup with no acknowledgement, only 1 other customer in the store. "Working on it now." Almost another 5 mins later they realize it is the 1 order in the warmer box.

Run away from this location. There is HORRIBLE personal and not accepting any coupons and rewards. Denying everything. Staff is very rude. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
