Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Get it while it lasts. No way this place will be around much longer and it's a shame I really used to enjoy their food and atmosphere. I understand inflation is difficult for any restaurant but this is not like it used to be. $13.99 got two pieces of brisket, 3oz of pork, Mac, and coleslaw. Everything just tastes like there were several shortcuts. No smoke smell in the restaurant anymore. No ice cream cones. This was last time I'll be dining at Dickeys. Dickeys will be gone within a year. RIP decent quick BBQ, I'll stick with Buddy's for a better value and taste.

So I am actually a delivery driver for a third party company, however I believe that one of your employees deserves to be recognized; So a young woman who works there named Gabby who works at the Hardin Valley Location in Tennessee, did a stellar job helping me choose a great side for a customer's order of a side item that they no longer carry. Gabby was well Attentive, and very polite and kind, She went through all of the side items that your store has to offer until I was able to find one that the customer who ordered through doordash found one they were comfortable with. I highly would recommend Gabby to anyone, as she was awesome and definitely definitely deserves a raise. I hope Gabby continues to to do well at Dickey's Barbecue Pit.

I ordered a 2 meat dinner and 2 sides through Door Dash. The restaurant called and said one side was not available. I selected another side from the menu and it wasn’t delivered. I received a partial order and called the restaurant and was told my replacement side was no longer delivered. No one said that while we were on the phone making the selection. I would have chosen a different one. The restaurant said to call Door Dash about the issue. This was my first time ordering from Dickey’s. $20 for an incomplete dinner and no offers of resolution. I will not be back.

Best bbq in town

Good BBQ, but the last 2 times I've been in (several months apart) they have been out of diet Coke.

their was a older man who worked at this establishment who questioned why we came here. it made all of us confused as to why he was questioning us coming here. he said and i quote “how did yall miraculously appear here?” we felt disrespected. please get friendler staff

Delicious BBQ meat! Easy and convenient. Will be coming back. Although, show up early as they run out later in the day. Would recommend the brisket and the polish sausage.

The last order of chicken at 1:30 in the afternoon and it was very dry. Fried okra wasn't cooked all the way. The roll was hard, coke was sold out and the tea was like water and the ice cream machine was down also. On a positive note the store was clean and the staff was wonderful. The food just wasn't up to par.

Two nice girls, but the food that your paying for is not that great the baked potatoe that was 10.99 was cold and they can't warm them. The boneless are more like chicken nuggets!
