Staff of 2 when I was there were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience to them when placing my order. Prices on menu board very difficult to read (handwritten). Value and quality very poor. I will stick with Mission bbq,its much better.

We have been going to Dickeys for years and has always been excellent. First time at this location and the last. We have never experienced such terrible service from an extremely rude and disgruntled employee. The older gentleman with the very long hair has a serious attitude. It was as if he went out of his way to treat people so poorly. Why would you have such a person as the face of your brand? Enjoy destroying your business! We will never be back and I will tell everyone I know not to patronize your establishment. Food was well below average too. Disappointing!

This place deserves NEGATIVE stars! I’ve never experienced such deplorable service by an arrogant, rude and disrespectful old man. The food was just as bad as the service. No excuse to treat paying customers like a piece of garbage. How does this place stay in business. I can’t imagine the way the old guy treats people that someone would actually return. Corporate needs to investigate this place. Food was cold, dry and so salty it was not edible. Stay far away from here!

First I would like to say that I love the food at Dickey‘s barbecue. I first found dickeys barbecue in Colorado Springs and then I found another here in Jensen Beach, Florida. The Jensen Beach location is always dead inside and I often wonder why? The Jensen location has an older gentleman that wears a pony tail who works there, he is extremely miserable, rude, doesn’t smile and puts bad energy in the whole place. I’m kind, I say thank you, smile when I order and tip. He looks and acts angry. The female working is trying to smile and be kind as best as she can while in his presence but his energy makes it difficult and makes me want to walk out. If this was my company I would fire him and if he is the owner he should close shop. Horrible service. He has no business working with the public. This was on 2/10/24

Great BBQ. Friendly service.

No atmosphere. The waitresses were pleasant and attentive. The night we were there the inside temp was very cold. Shivering

The service is by far the best! Food is delicious

Food is good but portions are too small
