Beyond disappointed with the quality and customer service here. Ordered lunch last week (2 brisket sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, one being an up charge for redbull). Upon arrival was told they were out of red bull, when asked about a refund as this was a 2.99 up charge, young employee shrugged his shoulders and gave me a cookie instead? Upon arrival back at work realized we got the wrong order. One sandwich was chicken, missing French fries, and all items ice cold. Called back asking for refund and was told there wasn’t a manager or supervisor, but the employee would “text him and let him know”, and I should receive a refund in 2-3 days. Still no refund and no contact from establishment. Would stay away going forward unless management makes this right.

Had it delivered, got my order wrong. Gave me 1 slice of brisket. Forgot my silverware and my bread. Food was so so. Probably won’t be going back

I ordered the brisket chili cheese fries and was highly disappointed. First off the portion size is shameful, this is what you get for $10, SMH!! Secondly there was no flavor other than the over powering spicy sauce. I won't be back.

They get you with the reheat meat.Just went to this place and I only live two minutes up the road and there’s no way my ribs should’ve been cold,old and dry. They also forgot to give me my sauce on the side. $40 never again.

Counter man was alone. Excellent worker. A rarity nowadays.

The ribs fall off the bone, tender, juicy, and very favorable. My daughter loves it!!!

I’m originally from the low country in South Carolina, since moving here I have been able to find good southern food, but wow let me tell you this was AMAZING. Only thing I’d complain about so the baked potato casserole. It wasn’t the best but I’m sure it’s better when it’s fresh.

I really hate to put a bad review, it kinda dont seem fair cuz everyone has a bad day sometime. I bought $130 worth of food for my family of 5, and not 1 of us were able to eat it. All the meat, the Beef brisket chopped and sliced as well as the chicken and even the pulled pork was incredibly dry. (Possibly cooked way too long) my kids couldnt eat the fries for the same reason, and i dont believe the roll was heated before served. Im sure they can do better, maybe today was just an off day. But i dont think we will stray from Big City BBQ again. Good luck!
