UPDATE: Went here on 3.17.23 and this location was closed. There's an eviction notice on the door. The food was good and ordering pick up online was easy, but they were out of sausage so I had to order something else when I arrived and when I got home, I noticed that they forgot to include the dinner rolls and gave me mashed potatoes instead of potato salad. The portions were small too. I have been to other locations and love this brand, but this may be the last time I order from this location.

Bad service after almost 2 hours preparing my order they told my Uber driver they ran out of gas??? Wow. Just incredible

Ordered big loaded potato with xtra green onion and butter with no sour cream received potato with no green onions at all and full of sour cream what a joke. Try calling the restaurant couple of times and no answer

What a joke. Ordered online, said it would be ready for pickup at 8:00PM. Got there at 7:50, and waited until 8:30. None of the employees even so much as looked at me while I waited at the counter. Several other people came in while I was there and walked out without getting food too, so at least it wasn't just me getting ignored. Oh, and top of that, the kitchen looked like someone had dropped a bomb back there. Sauce on the walls, open jars scattered all over... Reading the other reviews, I'm starting to think I got lucky that I didn't even get any of the food.

All the one star reviews are right. I ordered through their website at 4:30pm and it said my order was supposed to be ready at 4:45pm. At 5:50PM my order still had yet to be made. I called the 800 number and they could give no explanation as to why my order would be taking as long as it did. They said they would contact the owner to get me a refund. A day later and I’m still waiting on the refund….I’ll probably have to call again.

Pretty good barbecue restaurant for a chain. Didn't have any issues with service like some others posted here, and food was pretty good. Would definitely add this place to the Uber Eats rotation.

Waited 20 minutes for one of 4 guys spinning around lost in the kitchen and confused with uber eats and doordash orders...NOBODY inside except us and still didn't get any attention. We just walked out and they didn't even care! Oct 21, 2022 8:45 pm.
