Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Food was terrible. My whole family got food poisoning. Staff was friendly but would not recommend. Portions are small food quality left alot to be desired.

Good BBQ for the price. Like the warm sauces. Very friendly staff. Only sad part was that the ice cream machine was broken. Kid-friendliness: Ice cream machine broken : (

I bought the half rack of ribs and they are so tough I can't even eat them

Me and my wife stepped in Dickey's Barbecue last Wednesday for a quick lunch. Was disappointed. My meat plate look like different portions with the each different types of meat. My wife's meal had a very small portion of fries, lower than half of the bag. Portions are way smaller than what you actually pay for. Customer service when we walked in, and we were the only people in the restaurant, was not satisfactory or welcoming.

Worst experience at a bbq place ever... Food was cold staff literally couldn't complete our order asked what we wanted 5 times and still screwed it up. Then was told I couldn't use my coupon get home food is cold and my rib is cut in such a way its not even edible its all fat and grizzle aka tissue. Save some time energy and money go to Bird Dog bbq way WAY BETTER!!

Huge shout out to Bryon, Cam and Erich. Things were atrocious when I ordered. My entree was done before my sides, so my entree ended up being cold by the time I got my sides. The Mac N Cheese was straight out of the fridge and not warmed up at all… It was pretty terrible all around. But these three made sure that we were taken care of. 10/10 customer service. These guys are the only reason I’ll come back. Thank you for getting things situated!

Ordered a loaded baked potato and received instant potatoes with toppings. Never received my dessert I ordered either.

If I could, I’d give 0 stars cause this place sucks. Paid almost $100 for dry meat that was not portioned properly. If I’m going to pay $30 for a pound of meat, I expect to get a full pound of meat… a waste of $100… disappointing really. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
