Dickey's Barbecue Pit

2nd order, 2nd time being disappointed. Large family order, ordered 2 days in advance, not ready at pick up, incredibly rude employee, and ended up missing food also after we waited for dinner to be made. Reached out to company and store and never heard back. One guy was super sweet and you could tell felt bad for how his coworker treated us but also obvious that was not anything new

They were slammed with call-out orders. They worked hard to fill orders. Even with this going on, they managed to take care of everyone. The food was good.

This Dickey's is amazing the food was great like always but the three gentleman working this evening are what really made it worth coming in. They were swamped with customers and short staffed but still managed to be friendly and as quick as possible. I overheard one of them say their supply truck hasn't come in. That's why they were out of a couple sides, but they still accommodated my order with a great substitute. These guys did an awesome job. I wish i could've given them a larger tip because they deserved it.

Picked up an order. Only received half. Rude young man on the phone refused to refund our money. Will also be emailing corporate.

Ordered a three meat plate, jalapeño kielbasa, sliced brisket and pullled pork. Got sides of Mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. I tried the brisket and it was delicious! My husband had the rest but I did try the mashed potatoes also and really liked it. The Mac and cheese was just alright-wouldn’t get it again. Tasted like it came out of a bag or can. I’d say the brisket was the best part. Portions could be a bit larger for the price.

Usually understaffed, but the staff is friendly and honest. Food is what you expect. The meat does need the sauce, but at least you're at your preference for the amount and type of sauce. Large selection of specials to choose from that give you a good price every day of the week. Usually not busy at lunch, but it should be.

Stopped in for lunch. They were really friendly. The place needs a deep clean. Base of tables, windows, front door, trash receptacles all need to be scrubbed. The table tops are sticky, replace your disinfectant with something that doesn't leave a residue. Gentleman working was nice. It would be nice to have some seating in the back by the arcade if you don't want to sit out in the open.

The people are great the foods amazing! Dave and Nate are the best!
