DiBella's Subs

Heather N. was very helpful and made the process easy.

Dibella's used to be the BEST. You watched them make your food and told them what to add in real time. Then Covid came and they put everything behind a big wall. Now you give someone your order, they give that to someone else that doesn't talk to you and you pay without seeing anything being prepared. While the produce and meats are still great, you cannot make it your way anymore. I like pickles so I ask for pickles, pickles, and more pickles. I keep getting barely enough to find when I open the sub. I wish they'd go back to having the person making it be the one you give the order to so they can make GREAT subs again. If you've never been there, it's good but if you have history there, it's disappointing.

Thank you for a great lunch. My husband ordered the sub, but gave to him the wrong one. The manager gave him the new sub. We enjoyed. We visit this location almost every week after shopping at Costco.

Best subs ever. New favorite is meatball

The store manager (I think her name was Amanda), was kind enough to sell the last DiBella’s sub to me that I will ever buy, due to her lack of caring and customer service. I went in with the intention of buying a medium and a large sub. When I asked for the medium with “everything bread” I was told there would be a twenty minute wait for it. There was one large “everything bread” left but the young lady that was going to help me with the sub was told by the manager that she could not cut it down for the medium sized sub. Since it was not worth it for me to wait 20 minutes to have a piece of bread cut down to a medium sized sub, I opted to buy the large (the sub was for someone else it was not for me), and I would eat leftovers we had at home. Because of her customer service (or lack there of), I will never have to wait for a DiBella’s sub again. So, to sum it up: I was told the sub was okay, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was just as bad as the service.

Good subs every time I have been here.

That's the best Sub I ever had. The rolls are awesome.
