Dibbs BBQ

Was disappointed because I received my platter with no sauce at all (none!)and the chicken was extra dry, like take a sip of water after each bite dry. The potato salad had way too much vinegar ( noticed that too with the coleslaw before) and the cornbread was cold. I've been ordering from here since they opened and this was the first time my meal was unacceptable, the only thing that was good were the bbq baked beans. Please Dibbs don't start slacking like a lot of take outs do.

This place deserves soo much more recognition. Everything was great There beef and pork ribs was EVERYTHING, And they're not stingy my husband and I had enough to enjoy the next day. We will be going back again. Wait I almost forgot to mention the YUMMY sweet potatoes YEZZZA Y'ALL NAILED IT!!!!

Food was great. Meat was moist and flavorful. Will come back soon.

Bottom line: If this isn’t the best barbecue in Philadelphia, then I want to find the place that’s better. These ribs are dancing with flavor. From the smoke to the rub and the sauce (which you won’t need but have it anyway), everything is a new flavor experience. And the sweet potato cornbread… I guarantee you’ve never had anything like it. Just get it. I have a new favorite barbecue spot in Philly. No question about it.

Food is so damn good! Every time I eat it I think of my uncles BBQ at our family reunions! During the new year weekend they ran out of Mac and collards which I completely understand but it’s the fact that they actually called and asked what would we like to replace it with we chose potato salad, yams and baked beans with our rib platters. Everything was sooo good! I had to call them and let them know! The customer service is always on point but this time it actually made me smile because they were working hard and the communication was outstanding. dibbs will forever have my support!

Parrette, the owner, was charming and efficient. Food, to go, arrived in a timely manner. We waited at one of the many picnic tables. Cars arrived, clearly ordered ahead, and drivers picked up orders. The brisket and ribs were tender. The rub used had sufficient flavor for me. My husband added the mild sauce. Collard greens were seasoned nicely without being overly salty. Mac and cheese was okay. I like mine cheesier. Generous portions. Two adults made two meals each out of two platters. Brisket chilli is way too sweet for me but lots of smokiness. Delicious corn bread. It's worth the visit and good value for the money. Next time I'm getting potato salad. Bon appetit!

السلام عليكم Hello World….. So Dibbs…where do I start The food was delicious. I ordered the beef ribs, mac, yams with greens and was satisfied with every item. Alhamdulillah ( All praise be to God) y’all don’t know how hard it is to find good bbq now a days… or maybe u do ANYWAY…..The ribs were well seasoned, and tender, Mac cheesy but not too wet, tight but not stiff. The yams were sweet and sticky and the greens were something special like my Big Boss(grandma’s) MashaAllāh ( God has willed) they weren’t all hard or over powered by vinegar. Plan on going there today Insha’Allāh (if God wills) that’s actually why I’m on their site now and it suggested for me to rate and review and I figured why not?! Cuz if it were bad I sure would. Just being honest U guys should go check them out Insha’Allāh and tell them A sent you. No I don’t get discounts or anything lol altho that would be nice but the prices are reasonable… well to me anyway. I’m not counting what’s n your pockets.
