I am Tiramisu lover and I have been looking for the best Tiramisu in Vancouver, this one in number one on my list. Great atmosphere, relax, great service and amazing location.
coffees good foods fine vibes bad. hard to see or order from display case . hard to tell which order is urs when they call out a coffee cuz 6 other people are waiting for the same coffee. really cramped Wheelchair accessibility: not wheelchair accessible
Upon my recent visit to this establishment in Vancouver, I must regrettably report it as the most disappointing cafe experience, despite my initial anticipation. While the ambiance exudes an Italian cafe charm, the table spacing is egregiously narrow, resulting in an uncomfortably noisy environment. Although the desserts prove delectable, the coffee leaves much to be desired, bearing a pronounced bitterness. However, the paramount disappointment lies in the realm of service. Despite instituting a mandatory 18% gratuity, the staff demonstrated a conspicuous lack of affability or attentiveness. Notably, upon presenting me with my coffee, it overflowed without the slightest attempt at rectification. Such a lapse in service standards is unprecedented in my experience. Is this what one can expect from an establishment that mandates an 18% gratuity? Given the magnitude of my letdown, I harbor no intention of revisiting and would hesitate to recommend it to others.
Nice atmosphere, beautiful place, but coffee isn’t that good and the cups are tiny I would recommend going there for happy hours drink menu and food, but it won’t work that well as “coworking” place, unless you are okay working while having a glass of wine (which is totally slay)
Just got tiramisu here, really bad and overpriced The service was really bad and I wouldn't go here again I have had pizza here in the past and it is bang average
This review is for the Caffè side (coffee and desserts). It's very overrated, and I would not recommend it. The service was poor, and the drinks and dessert were average-to-weak. This is no better than a coffee chain like JJ Bean or Trees. Quite disappointing actually.
