Desafinado's

If I could give “O” start I would. But unfortunately the minimum is 1. Last night we got to the place for a concert of a singer “we do admire” but we were surprised that there were very few people there only patrons in three tables and mind you, one of them was the owner. When we got there the waitress approached, greeted and asked us for a picture of our reservation number; we explained to him that we didn’t have a number that was under our name. He was very animated he needed the number without looking for a reservation list or something in their system. To make the manner worst the owner approached the situation with a very bad attitude. And instead of trying to provide excellent customer service, and try to resolve the situation, like a good business owner does. He went off with a very bad attitude that I couldn’t take it or stayed there any longer to enjoy the concert. We just left and unfortunately missed the concert and would never come back again. We’ll take our business elsewhere. Be aware, stay away from this place!!

Experiencia Increíble e inolvidable en Desafinado’s Quiero expresar mi agradecimiento por una experiencia increíble el sábado 2/24/2024, especialmente a Haliesky, su propietario y su equipo, desde la atención excepcional hasta el talento destacado de los cantantes, Pancho Céspedes, Haydé Milanés, Odel, Gema Correderas, el pianista Chucho Valdés, el Poeta Carlos Pintado y otros, cada momento fue memorable. La atmosfera única y la dedicación del equipo hicieron que nuestra visita fuera inolvidable. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra noche algo especial! Me encanta que ya no le prestes atención a los malos comentarios, no lo necesitas, el que sabe de magia vuelve y tienes un lugar mágico y especial. Sigue así porque necesitamos ese lugarcito que nos haga sentir simplemente especial. Keep going !!!
