The chai latte was very lovely, had a very nice atmosphere to it and not too crowded with a really nice cashier.

If you’re searching for the best local coffee shop, stop your search right now and head here immediately. I’m extremely picky when it comes to coffee, and by far, out of almost every coffee shop I tried in the neighborhood, Der Pioneer is the best. Delicious lattes with homemade caramel, delicious pastries. Cannot recommend it enough, I have to force myself not to go.

Well it's what you'd imagine.. expensive small baked goods that don't always hit the mark. The coffee is not the worst. Pioneering anything.. hardly. Nothing friendlier than getting stared down by a bunch of "customers" on laptops that have long finished their orders but feel privileged to hog what little space is available. Management could grow up and set a time limit per purchase. It's not unreasonable but the crabby will crab about it.

This is the coziest coffee shop and in house bakery in the area. It’s always good to stop by here, get some sandwiches with baked pastries and enjoy it with a coffee. Great vibes to work here and enjoy a conversation on weekends (no laptops allowed). Service is always great and friendly. Highly recommended.

Each order consists of a sandwich ( got a ham bacon and smoked salmon), desert square , and butter roll. Shout-out to the restaurant for waiting on me for 20 mins. My bike got a flat and I couldn't get a refund as it was within 2 hours. Called the store and they said they were willing to wait up to 30 mins for me after store closing so I can collect my toogoodtogo. Great customer service

The pastries are subpar. Got a few options, look great, far from special. Not a good breakfast spot food wise. Got the hot chocolate and it was basically hot water with foam, one of the worst hot chocolate I've ever had. Atmosphere was great. People were working, good place to sit with a book or get some work done out the house. Quiet and clean with a good natural light. Could even see the employees making the food from a big window for a good aesthetic view. The cashier was super friendly and helpful explaining the menu and best sellers. Even knew a few customers by name. All without being pushy or rushful.

A nice coffeeshop in the neighborhood. Their coffee is delicious and tastes like heaven, as well as the Canelés which were perfect.

Fantastic service and food!!! It has a lovely interior with an open kitchen concept. I would highly recommend a great place to get a dessert, coffee, and get some work done.
