Don’t eat here. Minimum interest and one person handling everything! Food is terrible.

Polite service, a couple of comfy chairs, and a decent bloody mary! (Better than other airport spots) Only downside was they were not serving food at the time and the music was quite loud

I ordered a cappuccino and it was crazy expensive and then I couldn't even drink it. Straight to the trash can.

I fly in and out of Austin a lot. Tried a few time to purchase items there. This place NEVER has anyone working the register to get a treat or water. Waited almost 10 minutes for the bartender to look over to tell me she wouldn’t help me.

I will be resigning next week work atmosphere is very toxic and the human resource department doesn't care managers do whatever they feel and the employees are treated less than I worked for this company at another airport and never experienced what I experienced at this place

I get we are at an airport, but there is no reason to be that rude. A simple "how are you" goes a long way. The batista talked to me like I was an inconvenience and she even gave my 4 year old daughter an ugly look. If you're not a morning person, maybe don't work the 5am shift at the airport. I was traveling back home after two deaths in my family and would have appreciated a little bit of kindness.

We stopped by for coffee and a danish. The cashier was lively, and amazing. She was a great multi tasked and we couldn’t have had a better experience there. I would revisit based on the customer service alone. The cream cheese danish is great when it’s warm. The cafe’ latte needed more sweetener. But overall you could tell it was a quality coffee.

Prices on the menu outside here and also on the QR code menu stuck to the tables are DRASTICALLY different. Both menus had Stella Artois listed as $7. I was charged $12.99. When I asked the bartender he just said "ya they just raised all the prices and it makes us look bad" my reply was the sign clearly displayed out front said $7....the response was "well that's just what it is" No manager on to talk to... We all know prices have increased but if that's the case don't publicly advertise one price and charge almost double that's just criminal

I LOVE the free coffee refills! Mary was super friendly! The southwest chicken wrap is a full meal! I am trying to fly through Austin’s south terminal more to enjoy the space.
