They were short of help but The good was good! I may go another time.

Food was nasty looking, the scrambled eggs looked as if the cook was asleep & the grits were very lumpy as if they were a day old & hadn't been stirred since being put in the pot. The waitress was terrible! Not tending at all. Asked for more coffee & was brought after a long while as we were about to leave. Management needs to better surveillance of the crew in order to keep customers happy. This was the Dennys restaurant located on Newtown road in Norfolk Virginia. Will not return again!!!

Good food and good service

This is probably some of the worse experiences I’ve ever had we waited for an hour and a half for food and it wasn’t busy at all the food was good but they some how managed to mess up sunny side eggs up and over cooked them and well as the crepes I had hardly had any filling

Nice place with friendly staff and the food was prepared and presented nicely

How incompetent… we went to the diner and they said it would be more than an hour wait although the place was fairly empty. When we asked why so long we were informed they were behind on online orders and dine in. Ridiculous!!

It was a busy Sunday. This crew did their best to get out our food, even being short staffed.

Seated quickly but order not taken until we said something due to miscommunication by staff. Not told that they were out of wild rice until our order came. Not asked about refills. Offered a military discount due to no rice. As a veteran family, this was very offensive.
