Horrible customer service at the location. The employees had us standing at the counter for 5 minutes and never greeted us once. Looked right at us multiple times and never smiled or said, “we will be right with you “. Don’t recommend this location if you have standards of service. Very disappointed. We left and went to the one on 70th street. Much better service there.
When I was younger I saw no merit ongoing to this establishment I thought mostly old folks go there. Now that I am older I love Dennys their hamburgers are the boom! And u get 15% off Aarp. Love it!
Food was really good & our waitor Shannon was exceptional. Best service I've had in a long time.
The staff was attentive and friendly. I was greeted politely when I walked in and in the short time the man was checking on an available table, a waitress asked if I was being helped. I was seated in less than a few minutes. My waiter came right away and took my drink order. He returned soon with my hot caffeine free tea with lemon. He even confirmed that it was caffeine free! He took my order and when I got the food, it was perfect. Turkey bacon, eggs over easy, pancakes with no butter and a side of strawberries. He offered more hot water for my tea and brought my check when I was just about finished with my meal. The only issue that I noticed had nothing to do with the workers or food. Although the tables, floor, and overall restraint was clean... the restaurant is in need of a make over. The booth seats were torn and very worn. The window shade at my booth was broken and after a while it became hot, but since it was just me, I scooted over a little out of the sun. When I'm craving a good, quick breakfast, I'm coming back!
I haven't been to a Dennys in years. Definitely more pricey.
Hair on my food, once I notice the hair I looked at the chef and they don’t practice health and safety protocol for our community no hair nets, caps no Ppe I told the waitress she acted like she couldn’t believe it she inspected the hair for a few minutes lol this happens few days ago I email, call and still can’t get and answer I have to go in now and talk to general manager because there operating with no supervisor’s on site that can’t help
