Denny's

Ordered through door dash, 2 French toast slams. Received 1. Called the store, the manager first lied claiming we ordered scrambled eggs when both eggs were supposed to be fried. Then she read off an incorrect order number. Then she claimed it just appeared, and that she personally packed 2 French toast slams and refused to replace the missing meal blaming it on the door dash driver. She is by far one of the worst managers I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to.

Clean.

Came in for lunch after receiving some pretty bad news, and CC was fantastic!!! She absolutely put smiles on our faces, and made lunch soooo much better Vegetarian options: ...…

Very clean, good food. Our waitress was Cece.

Absolute worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life!! I went in there this morning to have my usual coffee and eggs, and mind you my bill is always under eight dollars when eating alone and I always leave a $20 tip. But for whatever reason this morning I stood at the hostess stand for at least five minutes until a large group came behind me and the hostess walked up and asked “them” how many people were in their party, completely ignoring me as the gentleman in that party had to remind the hostess that I was there first she sat me in a corner of the restaurant next to the hostess stand behind a small wall, and as I sat there, I watched the large party that came in after me as well as two parties that came in after them get their drink orders as I’m still sitting at my table waiting for my waitress to at least acknowledge I was there. She passes me seven times while attending to other customers after about 20 minutes of this I decided to get up and leave. I’m beyond disgusted with the level of service that was provided today considering I live in the neighborhood behind them and go to this restaurant quite frequently with my family. The fact that I was there alone today does not excuse the level of service that was provided. After this, I will never take my family to eat here again!

Cici is the most AMAZING manger I’ve met at any restaurant, she’s understanding with my allergies and she always makes a point to come and say hi to customers! I’d recommend this Dennys any night! Thank you Cici for making mine and my families dining experience one to remember every time we are here!
