2/17/24 When I ordered at midnight I get less fries and the hamburger way to salty

the worest i have ever had. 40 min wait on food and burnt pancacks toast barely toasted hashbrowns under cooked with no taste. THE WORST!!!!.

You order they send you too call center you better hope call c3nter doesn't have your food in New York when your in Idaho good

Worst customer service of my life. I had a fraudulent charge as to which I had a police report. The reps were the worst ppl to deal with. I managed to let them know that police would be calling them and they said they would not give info of the fraudulent charge to the police. I said are you serious? That would be obstructing the investigation. The rep had no sense at all. I called again and got another rep. I was so cordial with both reps and idk what the first rep said to the second one, but he obviously lied or embellished something because she was very unprofessional and uncooperative. Unless she was just unreasonable as she was just because she’s like that. Idk but they are the worst. Boycott this company. They don’t pay employees well anyways. May as well put your staff in a sweat shop.

19 January 2024 (Waikiki Denny's) So, I order a Denver omelette and a glass of water. I noticed the glass looked a little frosty. It wasn't until I quickly drank the water that I noticed it wasn't frost but gunk!!! I let the manager know and he thanks me for informing him. Don't eat here!!! If I get sick, I'm definitly pressing charges.

I just spent $30 at the Jimmy Carter boulevard in Norcross. The food was horrible the gravy had been watered down and we're not even edible the coffee was as cold as ice. And now I'm sick to my stomach. This location should be shut down. You have nothing but crackheads running it. You should be ashamed to serve anything like this. The whole meal was literally uneatable.

Hired me worked 9 days total and now excuses why I'm not on schedule. The place is filthly. they hired me to clean no cook.. That place needs a deep inspection and people old enough for the job

Hour and a half wait on turkey day, 2 items of my $16 turkey dinner were not included. Called customer service, here it is New Years, and still no call back. No Accountability. May as well close the doors. You'll wait 45 minutes to an hour for them to talk to you.

I don’t understand how you advertise a product and the restaurant doesn’t have the equipment installed to prepare it or ever have it in stock. This is an issue in California and Nevada. The product in question is the Apple Crisp. The employees come up with stupid excuses on why they don’t have it. I’ve driven to or called every restaurant in my area with no success. Denny’s you need to do better or take the item off the menu.

The 2 Dennys in Tulsa are discussing ... employees look dirty and I felt uncomfortable .. order food didn't eat it all .. Homeless people around that's sad .. Maybe you need to clean them up or open a few new ones in better areas .. Sand Springs OK would be nice .We a Ihop and its clean and very nice area ..
