When I got there I ordered food to go but it took 25 minutes to receive my order

Went with my son and his father. They took forever to acknowledge us and even longer at check out. So rude when you know you see people trying to pay and leave and you keep walking in front of us like you don't see us.

Online order that took over and hour and the food was cold once we got it. I cooked myself breakfast while my wife waited for our food that was sitting under a heat lamp for 40 mins.

Literally one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Waited 45 minutes for eggs and pancakes, waiter told us it would take 20 minutes, kept asking for our food, turns out at the end when I had already waited 45 minutes, they hadn’t even started with it. We just left.. communication is key, should have told us from the start they were pretty backed up. The excuse was “kitchen is pretty slow”…. Super frustrating. Will never dine there again.

Service can be better if there is enough staff. That will alleviate over an hour waiting time and give the waiters/waitresses enough time to take care of the customers appropriately. That is with response in a timely manner to asks such as cup of waters, appetizers, etc.
