Goooood vibes. Good beeeers.
Relaxed, modern, and inviting environment right down the street from Boston Commons. Delicious beer and tasty food. This time my wife and I had some Birria Tacos that were very good. My wife also got a flight of their beers and all of them were delicious! Definitely recommend. I had the Seeing Red and loved it. Very mild flavor that isn’t too overwhelming. Will definitely be returning! Vegetarian options: Plenty of salads and other vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options available Parking: It’s downtown Boston. Parking garages and street parking if you’re lucky Kid-friendliness: Bar environment but kids are welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for wheelchairs
We had a nice stop into Democracy Brewing, friendly staff, great looking building, and delicious beer.
Go for: Surprisingly incredible food, beautiful renovation of an old space, and respectable beers. An underrated spot in Boston. Avoid if: You want to eat or drink past 9pm. Something surprising: Go on Friday nights to check out the piano bar sing-alongs; it's fun. Reservation needed? Sometimes at peak meal hours, but rarely needed. Overall Experience: 4/5. Probably the best overall brewpub in downtown Boston.
