Second time coming here. First time I dined in and this last time I ordered to go. I ordered the scallion pancakes, fried pork dumplings, soup, tea and chicken fried rice. Everything tasted great and the amount you get for the price is wonderful. Hope to come back again.
Recommend: Spicy wonton and pork & crab tiny steamed buns Also good: Hot n sour soup, garlic egggplant Scallion pancake is just ok.
The food is very well priced, large portion sizes, and very tasty. The service is very efficient, bringing water and chopsticks before I could even ask. A warm, convivial atmosphere. Brilliant place to stop by.
Ordered pork/crab buns and pork/leak dumplings. Both are pretty good.
One of the most authentic restaurants I have been to. The soup dumplings were perfect and all the rest of the entrées were cooked to perfection. I appreciate them giving us free tea as we sat down.
One of the best local spots in NYC Chinatown. The owners and management are super sweet people and you can tell how hard they work to make sure they seat all their guests but still maintain their kitchen quality. The lines are always out the door just to be seated. I am impressed how fast they can serve you and bring the food out. My favorites were the salt-pepper fried squid, waterleaf veggie, pan-fried fish and the chicken lo mein.
Shanghai noodles are a must!
Authentic ! You are sat with random parties and the service is brusque. The taste of everything was great—we had the stir fried noodles, soup dumplings and scallion pancake. However, the food ended up upsetting our stomachs, perhaps we weren’t used to the oils
