Our Pilot, was Andrew and man was he amazing. Great pilot, great conversationalist. The flight was awesome, truly and experience you’ll have to try. I was a bit timid at first, but quickly realized that my fear was unwarranted Not to mention excellent service and a warm welcoming from the manager of the establishment himself, Patrick! Truly a mesmerizing moment. Definitely coming back. Would certainly recommend ✅ 5 stars!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’ve been calling this place for 2 days straight trying to get into contact with someone because the date i wanted was booked, it dosent make since to make me pay before i can see the calendar that needs to be corrected ASAP , i wanted to speak to someone to change my date and there’s been no answer I’ve called atleast 5x a day and the voice mail is full beyond pathetic

I am reviewing on service alone & am making a note that I have not experienced the flight or dinner myself. I booked a flight for my in-laws as a gift, and was able to easily schedule them a flight. However, a day before the flight, they wanted reschedule. I tried calling the number listed on their Google Page the day before, 3 times. Each time I did not get ahold of anyone & could not leave a voicemail because their voicemail box was full. I then tried reaching out to them via email & fb messenger, explaining the situation. The response I got via email was not the best customer service. They stated that they had no record of calls from the number listed on the reservation as of this date, and went on to explain how to reschedule - stating that I should have received this info via email confirmation. Well, I called from my number, which is not the number under the reservation. I put the reservation number as my in-laws number. This still does not change the fact that I did call 3 separate times & was not able to get ahold of anyone. Additionally, the email confirmation was sent over to my in-laws so I was not aware of the rescheduling policy because I didn’t receive the email myself. If I did receive the information, I definitely would have went ahead & emailed the information they needed to reschedule. I also wasn’t able to find the rescheduling policy anywhere else, which I feel needs to be listed on their website in cases where someone is not aware of the policy & cannot get ahold of the office. This looks like a fun experience & I hope my in-laws enjoy it. My partner and I have thought about going on a flight ourselves, but after this, I don’t believe we will be.

Booked dinner flight as surprise for my husband. After flight guests joined us for dinner. The food was good and the entire staff was exceptional. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it.

The food was better than expected. Although I have a hunch the food is not consistent. The flight was about 20 minutes instead of the expected 30 minutes. Its not explained anywhere but I was expecting to fly a circle around the Dallas skyline. Instead it was a circle in the other direction, so we really only got a good shot of the skyline once. Its certainly an enjoyable unique experience. I find it odd they do not have a real website explaining all the details and the flight route.

Heard about this on tiktok and immediately booked. The scheduling process was a little bit hectic because of certain blackout dates and then we originally booked for my Birthday in October but due to weather conditions, we were rescheduled for February which is totally understandable! The whole experience is fun and the servers/staff are super nice. The food is delicious - I got the NY Strip which I highly recommend and my spouse got the pasta. Alcoholic beverages are extra so make sure you read your flight confirmation in full as well as an added flight tax. Flights were running behind but it’s WORTH THE WAIT. The pilots were professional and special shoutout to ours, Cadence (sorry if I misspelt). This was overall very romantic and a great “date night”. Parking: Parking is free and easy to find.

I purchased a pair of tickets for my son’s birthday. His experience was less than enjoyable. First he and his girlfriend upgraded the included meal for a filet mignon. The steak was more like a Salisbury steak with brown gravy. They ordered theirs medium rare and it was served well done. Mashed potatoes were served plain and the steamed vegetables weren’t seasoned. Their pilot came to the table before they were through and they asked and were told they could have their dessert after the flight. When they came back the restaurant was empty and they didn’t get their dessert. Now for the flight. The picture the pilot took of them before the flight was not good. During the flight, the headphones provided to my son (so he could hear the pilot) were not working. The pilot was not surprised and told him that they often come and go. No apology. The windows were too dirty to take good pictures. What a disappointment. I would not recommend this for anyone!

I had booked this through Groupon and there was conflicting information regarding weight limits on Google and on Groupon. I then had to get confirmation I didn't receive any services from them and had to send it to Groupon. There was no mention of needing to cancel the reservation so I thought that it was going to be cancelled since they knew I was pursuing a refund. Unfortunately that is not the case and now I won't be able to get a refund. To make it clear the weight limit is 400lbs for the group so make sure you know that before you waste your money.
