My second time eating from this place. Need less to say is bad. A disgrace of Dominican cuisine. I am Dominican born and raise in the island. Who ever told this people that their food is good is all lies. I order 2 plates this time around A white rice and carne guisada and a pollo guisado with gandule rice. Súper over price and quality super bad Meat and chicken where salty and the rice with gandules and white rice looks like is been reheated for the past 2 weeks The maduros where hard as a rock not to mention rudeness of the attendant Believe me when I say food is bad Again is a very bad representation of Dominican food

This isn’t a restaurant. It is a small cafe that has a hot case and menu items. The service was good and friendly for Miami. The food is another story. We ordered 3 different plates, 2 shakes, 2 sodas and 1 presidente and paid $78. The mangu was bland and kind of stiff. The longaniza was not a Dominican brand and looked like sausage links. The meat from the steak sandwich and the chicken fingers had a vinegary taste to them. There is another Dominican cafe about 15 northeast, off of bird rd and sw 72 av that serves authentic Dominican food. Parking: Parking in front and on side

We were in the mood for some mangu before heading to the zoo. This place hit the spot. Perfectly made mangu, nice and soft and freshly made. The queso frito and salami were also on point. Topped it of with some Dominican cake. Great Dominican place, checks all the boxes. Very clean, excellent service and well made delicious and authentic Dominican food. Definitely check them out if you're in the area.
