Very disappointed! To start with, there's more room behind the bar than there is between the bar stools and the tables they have set up, likely a code violation! As for the food, the market scallops (6 quarter size scallops served with greens and what can only be described as canned shiitake mushrooms) for $45 is outrageous Next was the hanger steak The steak was not seasoned and the french fries were overseasoned. The only thing properly seasoned on the plate was the arugula. The only way to eat the steak was to wrap it around a french fry then both were seasoned.
First of all, thanks for being open daily throughout the off-season. To maintain the hours and serve some wonderful food, is amazing! So my wife and I stopped at the Oyster House for a pre-Valentine's Day dinner and were very pleasantly surprised. We each enjoyed a terrific cocktail. We shared Delaware Bay Oysters and a smoked oyster tin for appetizers. The latter was a bit of an experiment and it turned out well. Very unique, smoky flavor, but very good with the toast points and arugula salad. My wife followed with a beet salad with shrimp and fried feta and I had the Mahi Mahi fish tacos - excellent. Ambience is good, with high top tables and the staff was super friendly. THANKS!
Drinks with friends. It was great time and great service. Enjoyed our Sunday funday and happy hour ruled.
Delicious food. Great beer selection. Small and can get crowded, so arrive early or plan on waiting. Well worth the wait.
Waited for the waitress for over 30 minutes to take our order. They were more concerned with taking shots and talking to each other opposed to taking care of guests. Will not return.
