It's pretty sad how I order a shrimp burrito and they gave me a chicken burrito they did charge me for a chicken, however, they needed to charge my card back and charge it again for the right price, for a difference of .35, I'm cool paying the difference but what's not cool is I have to wait 3 days to get my money back from the 1st order, I didn't messed up you guys did. I would go 2-3 a week for lunch, you guys lost a loyal customer, you manager should of taken the hit...not the customer ✌️
Unfortunately, I've had the same experiences with all of the Del Taco places I've been to and that is the women in these places have attitudes that are very unnecessary! Like their time is being wasted, like they have better things to do than take your order and how long does it really take to get an order. It feels like they can't be bothered by you or your order and it happens on a continual basis. I just don't get it. Their always these women who speak Spanish only. I just don't understand it. Maybe a class on Customer Service is needed to remind them that they work for a corporation not themselves because their not making the customer feel welcome and to me that is poor customer service. My husband agrees.
Food was good, fresh, and hot! Employees were very nice!!
