Absolutely amazing service! The drive through lady was so professional and kind! She deserves a raise! Great job y'all!

Went to the drive-through and ordered my food, then waited in line for 10 minutes until someone came out and said the drive-through was closed because their card reader broke. Said we could come inside and pay for our food that way. I go inside with the rest of the six people in the drive-through and the front registers are not open, and everyone is scrambling. Meanwhile, my food is sitting on the counter ready. They ring me up but could not print a receipt. The ice machine was not working after all of that. I get my food half of it is missing from the bag and the rest is cold. not to mention, the place was not clean either

This day they didn't have their fryer working so they couldn't make fries which is understandable and I don't hold that against them. My order took over 17 minutes to get 3 items. Those ladies making the food were talking up a storm and are slow workers. If they had cut out all the talking they could have worked 3x times faster. Everybody else is nice but they need to get faster workers who don't talk up a storm.

Deltaco does not care about their employees, and their pay is lower than everyone else in the neighborhood. Everyone around pays more than them. Don't ever work for Deltaco. I started as a shift manager and worked my way up to assistant manager. Two General Managers quit in one year, and they offered me 1$ raise. I took the GM position for two weeks and quit after I realized that the owners were using me and treated me as if I wasn't human. Scheduled me to close at 2am, then back opening the store at 7am. I will never stay with a company that does not value their employees. God worked it out for me. I am now making the same amount as I did as the Gm for two weeks. I don't even have to run an entire store for 15$. Deltaco, you can do better! Shame on you. Amy and Chucc made a difference, and you lost them.

I had never been here before so I was not sure what to expect but the woman at the window was very sweet but as I watched the employees hand the food out to cars there was this one lady that stuck out to me. This woman with gloves on takes out her vape and starts vaping in front of the store before she goes in to grab another order. I am sorry but that is just very unsanitary and unacceptable. If you can’t help but to hit nic while at work you have a problem. I did not get the woman’s name but she was blonde and a bigger woman with glasses. Just all around appearance very sloppy and unwelcoming. As well as my food taking 15 minutes for it to be cold. won’t come back to this place.

Facts: Ordered ahead online. Got to drive through 1st one in line. Waited for about 10 minutes and got partial of my order. Continued to wait another 15 mininutes, was told twice that the rest of my order was coming. I finally left. Total wait time 26 minutes for an order placed online ahead of time, no one at drive through and only 1 customer waiting inside. Comment: 1. Please process partial refund for the items I didn't get. My total order was $39.01 on April 28th around 1pm. 2. The employees were nice and friendly. 3. Management needs to be more efficient and set priorities. 4. My beef tacos were all cold.

The employee gave me a cup with a few ice cubes and said the machine had no ice. I went to fill up cherry coke water and soda sprayed all over my hand no big deal. I then asked the server to fill me a soda from the to go area since mine was flat. The manager walks by not looking at me and keeps yelling it’s not flat over four times. I did nothing but asked for a proper soda. This manager is clearly not right for the job! All the employees seamed miserable and then my food was cold. Would love to chat with the owner operator the machine can’t properly pour a soda without ice to chill the lines this is common restaurant knowledge

If you order for pick up inside and then click on the "I'm here" button they start making the order and it'll be ready by the time you get there depending the order or the time - they get pretty busy sometimes so it helps me when I do it that way because I run out of time alot

New management is terrible!!!!! The store is sinking due to over worked and under appreciated employees. The great management team they had has been slowly leaving or is getting fired due to new manager who has a huge ego and thinks she knows best, yet despite her arrival a few months ago the store is doing no better. They pay hideous rates and ABUSE their management team- shift leaders are paid just barely over minimum wage despite long arduous hours and ridiculous amounts of responsibility. The owner of the store doesn't like to pay over time, so for many months was not doing so despite employees working 40+ hours week after week to keep the store open. This all changed after an exhausted and overworked employee finally had enough guts to call corporate and file a formal complaint. Then suddenly, the owner was able to start paying the overtime shifts....however, back pay for prior abuse was not forced to be paid. All in all, this place doesn't deserve your patronage. The owner seems to only care about his bottom line, not his employees, and the new management needs some serious customer service, empathetic and pisitive leadership training because she certainly hasn't had it.

Everything was delicious and made correctly. Music was great.
