Del Taco

We went through the drive- thru to grab a snack, there wasn't anyone in the line so were served quickly. Queso was a lot hotter than expected. Normally I am at Del Taco picking up orders as I drive for DoorDash. I am very happy we can now go inside and pick up our orders for delivery until late in the evening. Today February 2, 2024, pre-ordered the 60 cent each tacos that are being promoted to celebrate their 60th birthday. Either the grease that was in the meat or the grease that they fried the taco shells in was old. Wasn't good at all. Additionally, I had to order online to get that deal to the app and I did, followed all of their ques, but when I arrived I had to wait behind someone who had come inside to order a large order and my order was not ready. I know I ordered and paid first so that's a little off putting.

I just waited over a hour for my food to be delivered. I understand being short staffed but there was only 1 thing out of 11 ordered that I got the rest of my bag was filled with the .60 tacos I ordered 6 of those not 10 where is the rest of my food I get to go-to be with out dinner tonight after working all day. Being short staffed is a reason for a order to take longer not a excuse to not give the customer what they ordered and their don't seem to be away to talk to anyone at cooperate

Great food and 100 times better than Taco Bell. I know they serve burgers but I just don’t know why they offer fries with tacos.

I received cold burritos and undercooked fries. I was friendly with the drive through associate, but he didn't even bother to say thank you or anything. I've worked food service before, and I always make an extra effort to be the kind of customer I'd want to serve; in return, I like to be treated like the kind of customer they'd want to come back. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location, as it appears to have fallen into low standards over the years. At the very least, I received the correct menu items, and I did receive them quickly. That last point is a double-edged sword. I'd happily wait a minute or two longer for properly heated and cooked food.
