I’ve never written a review before but unfortunately my experience caused me to do so for this establishment. Came around 8:55 pm ( not busy at all) . Ordered 4 fish tacos & 2 chicken burritos . I received my tacos at the window but was asked to park infront to wait for the burritos , which I didn’t mind . I waited around 25 minutes in the front to have no one come out with my remaining food . Had to go back into the drive thru line to remind them that I was waiting on my burritos to come and find out that they were not even started . Would advise going to the surrounding restaurants to get better service .
9-18-2023 I really like this Del Taco, but yesterday's experience was atrocious. We had a few orders, and one of them took over twenty minutes, because they never dropped the fries. 1-30-2024 Again, I like this Del Taco usually, but it is wishy-washy with customer service and sizes of tacos and burritos, meaning they are too small a lot of times. I only go here now, if in the area, I never think to go here anymore. Whatever is going on in your life "employee" and I won't name who, because people need to work, and slamming people for a bad moment or bad day is ignorant and childish, but whatever it is, keep your head up, and perserver through the rough days because tomorrow is better, brighter, and more beautiful.
Do not go to this location. I tell myself this every time, and every time the food sucks. The portions are 60% less than other locations. Drive the extra distance to the new location on Cedar Ave past the 10 frwy. You'll thank me later!
Spent 25 minutes for two bean and cheese burritos, from one ex del taco manager to another it doesnt take this dam long for two burritos!
I thought this was a normal Del Taco. The customer service was excellent and the food was prepared to my expectations cuz I'm a little picky. Everything came out perfect and the food was hot. Definitely will be back to this Del Taco
This has to be the slowest Del Taco in the Inland Empire. They really need to increase their customer service skills and train the employees. It's been about 1 yr since I've visited this location due to the slow service they provide, and they can never seem to make it better. Well, to my surprise, after todays visit, it's still exactly the same or worse. When you order at the drive-thru window, they take a while to acknowledge that you're even there. After you order, you pay, and then they have you park in front of the restaurant. I don't know why when it's only 3 chicken soft tacos and some fries that I ordered. Make us and a few other cars wait for about 30 minutes. The girls come out looking confused, wondering who is waiting for what order. When they do give you the order, they are still missing something. It's just ridiculous on how bad service has gotten in general. Customer service is no longer there . If there was a NO STAR rating, this would be the place to receive it.
Only vehicle in the drive thru. Got my order wrong. They charged me for what I received so I didn't complain. Ordered a del taco meal, which is two del tacos fries and a drink. After that was stated and acknowledged I ordered one soft del taco. I received a two soft taco meal. No a la carte. Frustrating
They are always short staffed but their adittude and generousity make up for it! Good Job guys!
