Deby's Gluten Free

I wasn’t gonna leave a review but I don’t think it’s okay to what happened I’m sorry I had ordered on the 15th so it could be ready for the 20th so I can get for my boss’s birthday, I think that’s enough time for a small cake to be ready. When I called they obviously asked for my name and my number for a call back and they told me someone would call me back on that Friday because I couldn’t give them my bosses name at the time cause she was in the next room. Nobody called back that Friday so I called back on that Saturday to confirm it was still being made, they said I was set and that it would be ready on Tuesday they never told me that I had to pay in advance (I would have if I was told to) they didn’t ask me about the name which I should have said something sure but I walked in during my pickup time and they didn’t make it at all and there was a sticky note on my order that said please pre pay? They also tried to make it seem like it’s my fault that they didn’t make it, which why leave a call back number if nobody calls me back if there’s an issue? They offered to start it right then while I was there but I had to go to lakewood to go to work to celebrate my boss’s birthday. Very unfortunate cause I was really excited for her knowing she’s gluten intolerant. Not very fair because I don’t think I was being unreasonable, I just think communication needs to be better however I won’t try again here. UPDATE For the record that was my first time in there, if someone doesn’t ask for me to pay over the phone or anything then I’m not gonna assume I didn’t know. Stop trying to make it seem like it was my fault. I was told that I was gonna get a call back the next day because he had mentioned the baker wasn’t there. I DID call back on that Saturday and nobody mentioned anything they say I was set for Tuesday. Yet again why leave my number if nobody was gonna call me

My friend bought me a cookie and cake pop for Valentine’s Day. He had to go back and I wanted to experience it. Saturday everything was freshly stocked. I am blown away! pizza, lasagna, breads, all kinds of sweets. I could see this being a great place to get some something special for any occasion(Mother’s Day this would be a thoughtful treat). It was Saturday mid morning(11’ish) and people were still getting a mid morning donut. Monica was in there and they had an efficient system to promptly get people through the line. It is wheelchair accessible, too! I went in my manual wheechair and we rolled me up backwards. When inside there was plenty of room for me to explore independently, which is a huge plus! Delicious pastries for people with celiac or a gluten intolerance. Dietary restrictions: They have options for people with gluten allergy, nut allergy, and I'm pretty sure more than that!

Outstanding gluten free bakery! I’ve ordered a cake here for my girlfriend’s birthday two years in a row, always so good. We also go by on weekends to get fresh baked biscuits, donuts, pretzel bites, you name it. Love this place!

Very tight space! Came close to closing hour but still got to try fresh baked doughnuts! Took home some gluten-free pizza dough that seems pretty popular, and a dairy-free soy-free GF cheese danish! I constantly forget about leaving review! The palce is great, there's so much stuff there... from breads and buns, through pies, cupcakes, and donuts, to frozen meals like breakfast bakes or quiche, gluten free pasta, flour, and other goodies. So far, everything I tried was great, I love the Boston Cream donuts and cinnamon rolls, and I absolutely adore the cheddar and bacon bagel - you can eat it straight, without anything, it's that good. A lot of the things are on par with gluten versions. I've been here a few times now, and of course, I will be back for more. The staff is super friendly too :) PS: Funnily enough, so far, I found only one dedicated gluten free bakery that would be better. It's crazy outstanding (food wins with gluten ones 100% of the time), but it's based on O'ahu, so for now, let's stay with our awesome Denver one ;)

Delicious stuff but no prices on anything. You're also asked to tip when you pay which is absurd for this type of business. I won't be coming here again.
