Overall a disappointment! Dear Saigon Richmond Hill and Scarborough locations are MUCH BETTER than this location. The pho broth tastes like water. No seasoning, umami or richness. We asked for salt and pepper in hopes it would help. It didn't. Adding hoisin and sriracha sauces didn't help either. It's not worth $20 a bowl. We were also served a tea pot of hot water when the server clearly said it was tea. The front staff here like to hang out in the kitchen rather than making sure their guests are taken care of. That being said, I'm glad we caught a server before they went away again to ask for salt and pepper. The fresh shrimp rolls are standard. You can't mess these up. The chicken and shrimp pad thai is okay. Not as tasty as the other locations. This location doesn't have all the special items like the Richmond Hill and Scarborough locations. Again, disappointing. Parking: Street parking available on McCaul or Beverly Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.

Overall pho was good, soup base was tasty and good portion of noodle and meat. Noodles were undercooked a bit. It would have been better if they had fresh noodles but I do know that a lot of pho restaurants don't offer that but there are the few handfuls that have Service wise, not really there. I asked for no cilantro but I would still like regular onions in my soup. The lady said that it's all mixed in so they can't give me onions. I asked if they can just cut a little bit on the side for me and she went back and asked and came back said no they cannot do it cause its already mixed in. I'm not sure why restaurants want 18% tip now when they can't even cater to customer service when all you have to do is cut a few pieces of onions.
