Love their newer location! Absolutely gorgeous. The team is amazing with their knowledge. Beer tastes great and they are top notch

The beer is good but not the food. The only thing that was good was the Chu Cho cheesesteak sandwich. The fries are super thin and were salty, the Downtowner was not good, it was dry, the DeadMountain fish and chips was pure batter and no fish. The service was also bad. We waited a long time for the waitress to come around.

The new location is great. Feels more like a real brewery. Had a flight. The peanut butter is surprisingly good. The what-what burger was a great burger.

First time there, our waitress was Stephanie, she was great!! Knew the menu well and the beers. We had the fish n chips, Cobb salad, and elote. All was delicious! Will definitely be back again. Atmosphere was great as well!!

My partner and I decided to visit dead beach after a long day. We were thrilled to visit the new location as we LOVED the downtown one. We were very impressed and very happy to see a local business grow and succeed! However, our experience was far from what we expected. :( The beer was good but the food quality has significantly declined! we got a hamburger which was okay and the aztec soup which was a total fail; it was just greasy broth and tasted just like crockpot soup. It was supposed to come with an IPA jalapeño corn bread and instead I got a toasted bolillo. The toppings that were supposed to come with it were not there. I was just confused and ended up not eating anything at all! The gentleman behind the bar was very kind and comprehensive. So service was 10/10. However, this place doesn’t compare to the old location. We loved the downtown ambiance, the beer, the food, the service, the music. It had such a unique charm that made us want to go back and recommend this place to everyone! The new location also has a weird layout. Overall I would come back just for beer and to hang out. I don’t think this is the it place anymore but still cool to visit and drink here!

I was hoping for a better experience, first time at this new location and I honestly can say I was disappointed. Our waitress Cielo was the best, unfortunately we arrived there at 5pm and by 715pm we were still waiting to get our food. The two tables next to us with a party of 2 and another party of 8 were served before when we ordered before those parties arrived. And we were only a party of 4 , I really loved the ambiance but I wish we would of been able to taste the food.

The aesthetics and the ambience are on point. The food looked great but didn’t taste like it. The beans were bland and the rest of the food was salty. Ketchup tasted past expiration date. I would come back just for the atmosphere and delicious beers.

Not entirely sure what happened tonight. Wife and I were beyond excited to head back to the “new and improved” Deadbeach after such a long time without it. First things first this is definitely a leveled up version of the DB that was downtown. The restaurant part of the Tavern is now very corporate and has taken on a very urban/ city vibe, far removed from the tiny brewery with a patio that was downtown. Wife and I got there around 8:15 and got sat. On first lookaroud the place was full but not crazy busy. It took about a good 40min and two reminders before we got any service. We had planned to have dinner there but after waiting it almost seemed rushed and pointless. Putting in a dinner order at almost 8:50 seemed unappetizing when the kitchen closes at 9 and the establishment 10. We ended up with just drinks and a bad taste in our mouths. I understand that changing a business to meet the demands of the people and staying relevant to trends is a must. However, I miss the intimacy that was “the old deadbeach”. Better music, better vibes, and a much later close time If I remember correctly. I really hope this wasn’t a sellout to be more modern and cool because there really aren’t many legit breweries close to the NE and the memories of the old deadbeach were just too found to go down in flames like this. I hope we’ll be back under better circumstances…
