Was kind of disappointed based on previous reviews. Friendly service but food was meh. Soup dumplings were just OK. Maybe it was just an off night.
Maybe it’s because I’m from Vancouver, but this Chinese was bad. Soup dumplings were thick and odd flavoured. General Tsao and Sesame tasted identical. Lo mein was good. Just below expectations given the reviews.
Amazing place. Very fast , great food. The soup was soooo good. We finished every dish we ordered , and that’s rare
Told me 10 minutes for take out -- ended up taking 40 minutes. Small portions, high prices, and mediocre food. Dim sum Palace is much better.
Went here specifically for the soup dumpling but they only have pork based soup dumplings. Rest of the order was good, not bad, not amazing. Didn’t make me sick. Nice big space but they don’t have a tent so the front tables are cold in the winter. Prob won’t go back since other spots have shrimp, veggies or chicken soup dumplings.
Came in for a quick bite. Nice and efficient staff. Yummy soup dumplings too
I made a reservation for hibachi for Valentines Day, but when I showed up (on time) they said there was no room at the table for me and my boyfriend and we had to sit at the next table over to watch from afar. Major disappointment, but they seemed understaffed so we let it slide. The actual hibachi chef was great, very funny and personable and the food was good. I'd recommend this place for a casual dinner, but not for a special occasion.
We ate their non-hibachi regular menu on a weekday night. The food was quite poor (pork soup dumplings, beef pancake, and teriyaki). Maybe their hibachi is 4.8 stars, but I wouldn’t recommend their regular food. It was decent portions for the price though, and easy to order.
